Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and ultimately drive sales. This position will require collaboration across multiple departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive voice and message across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Define key performance indicators for social media success and track, analyze, and report on performance metrics

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social channels, fostering a community that encourages interactions and loyalty

- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budget allocation
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our reach
- Develop crisis management protocols for negative social media incidents
- Participate in marketing strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns
Qualifications
To be successful as our Social Media Manager, we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
